# Mon abonnement a été suspendu automatiquement, pourquoi ?

Votre abonnement peut être suspendu automatiquement en cas d'**échec de paiement** : carte expirée, fonds insuffisants ou opposition bancaire

Dans tous les cas, vous recevez un email vous informant de la suspension.

Pour réactiver votre abonnement :
1. Rendez-vous dans votre espace abonné : https://www.pandatea.fr/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access
2. Mettez à jour votre moyen de paiement dans "Mon moyen de paiement"
3. Votre abonnement reprendra automatiquement au prochain cycle
